2nd Story Associates
2nd Story Associates is a Public Benefit Corporation established in August 2007. Our organization was born out of recognition of the growing need for quality affordable housing and supportive services in Santa Barbara. These developments seek to enhance the quality of life of low-income families, seniors and disabled individuals with an emphasis on promoting stability and self-sufficiency. 2nd Story creates opportunities that serve the needs of low-income households by providing our clients with opportunities to access needed health and social services. Programs provide much needed resources for even the most basic of needs including dental care, furniture, transportation and utility assistance.
